Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise
Connectwise is the professional services automation (PSA) tool used by my company to run the business day to day. The tool is used for invoicing, project management, ticket management and procurement (with Quosal integration in place).
- Wide breadth of functionality.
- Service ticketing module is mature.
- Project management module adequate for SMB space.
- Change management functionality should be added to the product.
- Ad-hoc reporting should be easier for the end user to manage.
- Sales management functionality should be improved upon.
- Utilization metrics from operations has been a great benefit.
- Consistent SLA metrics have been a great benefit.
- Profitability metrics have been a great benefit.
We moved from AutoTask to Connectwise ~3 years ago. I understand that AutoTask has made some great improvements since then, but Connectwise has served us well especially with integration with LabTech and Quosal.
