Centralized place for all our logs and traces, to be able to find production issues in an easy and efficient way. Use traces to understand the end-to-end flow across services, reducing the time it takes to identify where problems are. Be able to connect events, such as new feature releases, to changes in the system's behavior.

Usability

The product is easy to use and integrate. The customer support is at a level of its own. There was never a time we needed help with something, and the support wasn't there to provide all the help needed in a very effective and efficient way. Being proactive, suggesting ways to solve and not just answering questions, and providing more knowledge about how the product should be used.

Great product that answers the needs it is meant to solve. Amazing customer support and obsession with customers. Capable of providing an end-to-end view of business processes as well as user journeys by providing a full visual trace across services and different components within the system. This helps reduce the time it takes to identify and solve production problems by a significant amount.
