Overall Satisfaction with D&B Credit Insights

We didn't have much business credit history even though we have been in business or 3 years. We didn't really know where to start and D&B Credit Insights helped! We signed up and started submitting credit history and immediately started seeing our scores go up. I am certain that as we continue adding credit history our scores will continue to increase.

Pros

  • Ability to view our business credit
  • Submitting billing history to increase business credit
  • Tools for monitoring business credit

Cons

  • The document review process seems a bit overkill
  • website performance could be improved
  • sign up process had a few issues
  • Experian score increase
  • D&B Score increase
  • Equifax score increase
The submission process is straightforward forward but we have had some documents be denied and some approved that were from the exact same account.
