The delivered functionality makes the implementation easy and efficient on a tight budget.

Diligent projects is good for organizations with simple entity structures and defined controls accountability. It would be important for the controls organization and and the audit function to be separate to allow for clear separation of responsibilities in the software and efficient workflow across different functional activities including controls and risk management.
