Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform

Some new improvements require a lot of rework from the current set up.
Diligent One Platform use for risk management, frameworks and audits.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Easy configurations
  • Good management

Cons

  • System glitches
  • System improvement that seems minimal but makes a big difference: example-control weights in settings
  • Some necessary canned reports not available. An example is Reports with a breakdown of some scoring: example-assurance scores for projects (assurance after each control test)
  • Efficiency
  • Better management
  • Better automated reporting
RCMs are more transparent, reporting is more automated.
