Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio

We use Apptio to analyze our data about our resources. We want to make a predictive analysis on our forecast and actual data for our resources.

Pros

  • Combine our data into one source.
  • Provide analysis on our data.

Cons

  • Keep a constant user interface
  • Make the UI more intuitive.
Because although it is user friendly, it gets so many updates that it is hard to keep user's up to date with the changes on the UI.
  • It has helped the communications between finance and tech.
  • Made better forecasting dashboards.
We ingest data about our resources data and provide some insights on the future planning for forecasting.
It was great. Everyone was really helpful to tailor our needs.
