Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio

In our organization, We used IBM Apptio to provide transparency and charge back for IT Services

I gave IBM Apptio this usability rating because I think IBM Apptio is pretty intuitive to use. However, we need to expand reporting. Currently, we use PowerBi more than the out of the box reporting.
