Overall Satisfaction with IBM NS1 Connect
We use IBM NS1 Connect for external DNS and HTTP/HTTPS redirects. The ability to have a diverse secondary DNS server is also key. It has been a solid platform for us and we have not experienced any significate issues.

- Added GUI tools for reporting and searching.
- Ability to create inventories and queries from GUI.
- The secondary DNS has added a layer of redundacy.
- The price just ok, but it is competitive.
- The billing for overages are a pain in the ass. Need to be able to expand on the fly.
- Some way to identify Orphan records or Dangling DNS.
The HTTPS redirect feature is really nice and allows me to avoid using a WAF or Load Balancer to perform these functions.
