Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx.ai

I'm a IBM BPO solution customer in Brazil so IBM uses IBM watsonx.ai to run my operation. I still have some flow issues and the biggest challenge is in my internal business operations that are used to be helped by others and do not want to follow processes. In this case, everything turns hard to automate and to use AI.
