As a managed Service provider we are rolling out the fusion appliance in house to utilize IBM watsonx.ai across our enterprise
Pros
- In IBM watsonx.ai, I think code assistant is done well
- In my experience, IBM watsonx.ai does answering questions instead of opening cases well
- In IBM watsonx.ai analysis is done well
Cons
- In IBM watsonx.ai, I think there is room for improvement with more documentation to be ingested
- In my experience, IBM watsonx.ai has room for improvement with ease of deployment
- In my opinion, cost in IBM watsonx.ai has room for improvement
I have not fully explored but looking into the IBM watsonx.ai code assistant capabilities

The ability to answer questions that are usually cases
and the ability to help less skilled staff
