Overall Satisfaction with JobBOSS²

I use JobBOSS² for track quotes, purchase orders, jobs, shipments, I find it challenging to make changes after entering data on jobs

Pros

  • integrates info between stages of work
  • tracking quotes
  • info on part numbers is very helpful

Cons

  • not being able to return to previous screen is frustrating
  • making changes in info like changing names and settings is complicated
  • have no tangible numbers for you.
  • the job travelers definitely help on the shop floor and tracking with job numbers helps even as we are down sizing employees
WE HAVE HAD JobBOSS² FOR SEVERAL YEARS. in the beginning it was more effective when there were more employees
