Defending the unexpected and remote
Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender XDR
Microsoft 365 Defender has been a game changer in the workspace. Despite working on MacBooks, it has allowed us to control new hire onboarding and ensure our remote workers are using safe practices. It allows many devices to be added and also the suite package allows users to download the needed applications which keeps our tech team from having to solve small tickets.

We did not because the base support was great at setting us up for success and they have a lot of resources online for help articles that we could self-learn beyond what they taught us. We seamlessly integrated their product into our business without feeling the premium support was necessary thanks to their in depth onboarding.
One of the guys during our process of onboarding took the time to carefully explain to three different departments on the call how to best utilize the product and how the specific instance we were calling on pertained to all three departments. He kept the sales and service team engaged which on our side benefited us because they tend to check out when it doesn’t directly concern them, but he reiterated why it’s important those departments do xyz so that they can continue to function at peak performance. It was a nice way of saying don’t mess it up or your tech team will have to focus on this when they should be on other projects! Haha! He even stayed a little late it seemed, but never rushed us.
