Overall Satisfaction with MobileIron
It was used by the whole organization that are customer facing because we had company phones. Sales, marketing, operations and engineering were the main functions that were using the application. The problem it addresses was to mainly prevent data leak and hacking. We used it for cloud security reasons.
- I had to use the MobileIron app to log into any sensitive information (emails, contracts, etc).
- It was very easy to use, install, and configure.
- Managing the app was very simple.
- I had trouble with Docs at work where it will ask me to log in multiple times through out the day where it was supposed to only be once a day.
- I was an individual contributor so am not aware of the ROI - however, I know that my company didn't have to worry about security which was a plus.
