Overall Satisfaction with Netstock
As our company grew and had more buyers managing more and more items, most of them very seasonal, we had much more difficulty keeping an optimized inventory using traditional methods like Min/Max levels and spreadsheets. We eventually had more and more overstocked items and stock outs, and could not keep up with the seasonal trends using "manual" calculations and updates. Netstock has helped us tremendously with its item classification matrix, forecast engine and easy to use interface to keep inventory issues under control as well as streamline the entire purchasing and inventory management process.

- Outstanding customer support team that responds quickly
- A little more flexibility in the multi-location and/or consolidation setup would help
- Lacks the ability to apply "Event correction" settings on specific product groups or categories, it can currently only be applied to all or nothing.

- Its very flexible setup which we were able to adjust almost perfectlt to our needs
- Using Netstock, we are saving at between 30% and 35% time managing inventory and orders, mainly because it does almost all of the number crunching for us
- We have reduced our overall stock outs by an estimated 15-20%, thanks to Netstock's automatic and dynamic calculation of safety stock levels which follows seasonal trends
- We have finally gained control of our excess stock, reduced by an estimated 20-25%, with Netstock's intuitive dashboard which pinpoints surplus orders and allowed us to cancel or delay orders to cover our real needs
