Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Paladin struggled with maintaining donor information. The agency used one system to collect donations, and a second system to collect donor information. Paladin's interest in Network for Good stemmed from the ability to collect donations and donor information within one system.
  • Capable of setting up e-mail groups to send information pertinent to the group
  • The customer support has been fantastic from setting up the system to coming up with strategies to maximize fund-raising
  • The system is user-friendly and easy to learn
  • The challenge was setting up donor information in a format that was compatible with the Network for Good system
  • Ability to combine donation information and donor information in one system
  • It is user-friendly and is easy to learn
  • The on-going support from the initial set-up, to the ongoing coaching to maximize fund-raising for the organiation
  • We were able to eliminate the cost of utilizing two systems and now just pay for Network for Good
  • We are starting to be able to do more targeted fundraising requests, which seems to be engaging donors better
  • Better recognition of the organization, leading to more potential donors
One Cause had similar functionality as Network for Good and offered support to the organization. One Cause does not have the capability of storing donor information, which limits the ability to send targeted information and requests to donors based on their interest.

Constant Contact was utilized to maintain all donor information. There was the ability to send targeted information to donors, but the system could not collect donations. Network for Good was chosen because it has the capability of both of the systems in one.

Organizations who rely on fund-raising to support operations. The system has the flexibility to maintain a donor base, and group the donors based on areas of interest in the agency. Paladin has a wide range of services, so not all donors are interested in all the services available. Network for Good allows the agency to recognize where a donor's interest lies and adapt the information specific to just that area.

If an organization has targeted fund-raising activities, you cannot use the basic level of the system. When Paladin started with Network for Good, we were not aware of this. When we set up the system for the annual golf outing, that is when we learned we had to pay an additional amount for targetted events.
