Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Eloqua is used for launching email campaigns. For us, it allows us to easily customize the frequency, content, branch, direction, and other characteristics of the campaign. Our Marketing department is who currently uses it most to assist in the pipeline process. It allows automation without too many manual interventions and frees people up to make more important decisions.

  • HMTL is a universal language.
  • Strong community to assist in any task.
  • Not so heavily dependant on HTML
  • More intuitive UI.
This is a very scalable solution since there is so much automation involved. Because of this, we were able to increase the reach of our online campaigns and allow people to have more decisions that can't be automated. It can also easily create different segmentation so it allows for different messages for different target audiences.

  • Helps create a more technical team.
  • Negative: reliance on HTML.
If you want to launch multiple campaigns and want to make a hands-off approach after the initial configuration, then this is perfect. If you are not technical in HTML and have no resources, this will not work because this is so reliant on HTML. Otherwise, this is a solid system to use for your automated needs.
