It was used by most of the departments and driven by IT & Accounts team
- Seamless integration across multiple department
- Integrated well with the vendors
- Pulled in our legacy information well
- It was a bit of a technical challenge to get it up and running. Coordinating an external vendor and the accounts department to get the specs right was a bit of a challenge.
- We hadn't measured the $$ level impact on ROI yet... but it had greatly improved the integration between various departments like we were not used to before.
