We use it for all accounting purposes. To record our time-keeping and submitting expense reports.
It serves as one tool and go to place for both time cards, expenses and access of both.

UKG Workforce Central (formerly Kronos Workforce Central)

Kronos was more complex, I felt it wasn't user friendly and always needed help in navigating the portal.

Usability

Its pretty stable and doesn't have changes very frequently. Upgrades are good, but not the ones that need a user manual when done every time.

Support Rating

The team is pretty responsive and we can chat, call or email them based on convenience.

Likelihood to Recommend

Can be used for extreme accounting methods, access to a profile when they've updated their details. You can set up notifications as such to remind you of deadlines
