Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud ERP

We are an SI and partner with SAP to implement SAP Cloud ERP solutions for our clients. Based on our experiences with our clients during their transformation journey, the SAP Cloud ERP applications have immensely helped our clients moving from a siloed approach to a more centralized model thereby helping them managing their business processes more efficiently and effectively.

SAP has been consistent in terms of their features offering they provided to various customers. Even though SAP is widely adopted and trusted by various clients, SAP always keeps evolving and improving their product offerings for their customers to help them get the best ROI on their investments and helps build trust.
We are exploring Joule for its application on SAP Governance Risk and Compliance area, wherein we are trying to optimize the User Experience for the clients by using AI assistance around submitting user access requests and also around the User Access Review processes to help businesses make better decisions with supportive AI insights.
