  • AI capabilities added in Joule and Standard Embedded AI

Cons

  • Does not have integration with Tax Engines Thomson Reuters or Vertex for countries other than USA. Major barrier for multi-national companies wanting to deploy SAP Cloud ERP
  • Does not have Claims processing for Insurance industry
  • Does not have GXP manufacturing compliance for Life Sciences Company
  • Does not have Oil and Gas capabilities for Trading
  • Agribusiness: does not have commodity trading capabilities.
