Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integrated Business Planning

The biggest problem that we were facing was a Lack of Visibility and Data Integration; because of SAP, we are now able to work better as the analytics have become much smoother, and our team has better visibility of all the new business movements that are happening in our system We have also got a much better idea of Forecasting and Demand Planning as oper the cyclical nature of our business where inventory and stock is significant to stay profitable.

Pros

  • I must say Supply Chain Optimization is very well done by this software.
  • Inventory Management is also top class for SAP which includes that the businesses work in the favour of the customer demand that has been set.
  • Now again, another good feature is the Collaboration Across Functions, which is also done very well.
  • Overall, cost-saving happens through that.

Cons

  • UX and UI can be better as sometimes it gets a little tough.
  • Scalability can be improved slightly.
  • The biggest positive is improved forecast accuracy; now, I can work in a structured manner to reduce my costs and anticipate demand for the products.
  • Now, one certain item is that the Enhanced Data Quality is helping us a lot in making quicker decisions and a faster work life.
  • The sales and operations teams are aligned now in a much better manner, and work is faster.
  • Planning has become easier and smoother.
Customization is the best part of this, and it is suited to our business case, where we are able to manage everything in inventory in a better manner. How it saves time is another big plus: we are able to save our costs and allocate our resources also in a much better manner; thus, overall, my efficiency has improved, which is the reason for such a good rating.

The cloud solutions are because earlier, our data was not in one place and was scattered across. However, after using this, it has been structured in a much better manner, and now we are much happier.
