Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
My current organization is a cable manufacturer. So while choosing, we found that [the] cable solution is in-built (part of IS-Cable), which will satisfy [the] business need. But some of them were not addressed: 1. Soft allocation of Product batch- This functionality is not available, and did some ABAP work to make it happen. This helps in early allocation of product to customer order, to get final confirmation and early delivery.
- Product costing simplified
- Order/Product settlement simplified
- PS system still seems complicated and there is no change noticed
- Sales and distribution- Reverse Logistics is not standard
- FIORI Apps allocation is little complicated
- New FIORI Apps design are user friendly and easy to understand and operate on Mobile devices
- SAP-FIORI App will be discontinued shortly by SAP, Yet alternative is not available.
- PP Process Order confirmation and settlement
- Sales process early allocation and logistics
- LTMC is complicated and need to be re-defined
- Efficient configuration and Master data upload and set up still the key factor
- Settling issues quickly as possible after Go Live, will have +ve impact on ROI
