Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using SAP S/4HANA Cloud on premise version recently upgraded to 2021 version to cover all back office business processes on Finance Supply Chain Operations and Sales Billing.

Pros and Cons

Fiori interface, easy access and search on transactions and reporting
Data base Performance, very good response time
Flexible workflows for procurement process

Some key old transactions are still not replaced by Fiori tiles
Consolidated reports for regional Financial consolidation
Updated Budget planning capabilities
Updated project management and scheduling

Usability

Fiori UX improvements But not covering all business scenarios

Product features coverage has to be complete enough to avoid regressions and stick to standard as much as possible

Accounting flows are yell cover including parallel accounting capacity to post on Group and Local ledger Investment process is well covered and powerful Intercompany capacities Business Partner management optimize the supplier and customer management
