Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are currently transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We have had a lot of positive experiences so far in terms of ease of use, and customer comfortability. SAP S/4HANA Cloud addresses a lot of the issues we had with non-cloud based applications. SAP S/4HANA Cloud makes our data migration and storage easy and convenient. It also helped improve our testing and migration processes.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been great with ease of access, customization, and usability. It functions exactly as advertised.

Integration with other systems was the most important. We are trying to move away from having multiple different products that only have one purpose to one product that can provided multiple purposes and services.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been great with our transition from ECC. ECC was lacking in some areas of usability and customization. SAP S/4HANA Cloud has eliminated these issues that we faced and gave us an easy to use platform for both users and technical employees.

SAP Adoption

Hands on training, 3rd party vendor training, and SAP knowledge guides
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
We used a lot of hands on vendor trainings to teach our team how to proceed with the adoption of S/4Hana
We use our change management team to control the flow of of changes
Mass adoption across all involved teams and lots of training opportunities
We would be more generous with our initial timeline for adoption
