Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We have begun the integration of our various recordkeeping systems into the account platforms for FSCD and have recently undertaken the launch of FPSL as well. The challenges we face as an organization with adoption and deployment relate to the resistance of user groups outside of our primary SAP users who find it more difficult to manage the day to day work within the confines of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud rather than their source systems that do not require the same controls and or background methods that they are accustomed to.

Pros

  • Standardization of process and data
  • Solutioning for third party system data integration

Cons

  • SAP lingo and transactions are not always intuitive for a non-SAP user
The product is not immediately intuitive, it requires a significant amount of training, resources, and guidance to become familiar and comfortable with use.

As a large provider of insurance and retirement products we needed a solution that can move across existing and new systems to build an intelligent and lasting architecture for our business.
