Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use the SAP S/4HANA Cloud in scope of many modules: PP/PS/FI etc. The system control more or less most of the processes in our organization

Pros

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides Regular update
  • In my experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps us with error correction

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP S/4HANA Cloud has room for improvement with the Speed of the support
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud helped us with Cut of costs
I gave this usability rating because, in my opinion, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a good product.
