Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Address most of the Asset Management processes however, some functionalities in SAP ECC are not available in S/4HANA Cloud

Pros

  • minimalist UI
  • pre-delivered configuration
  • Best Practice processes
  • Joule

Cons

  • Timesheet record for maintenance order
  • Conversion of maintenance order to sales order
  • Multiple depreciation areas (3 is not sufficient for legal reporting purposes)
  • Better traceability on source of data/information
  • Dashboard creates efficiencies
  • Removal system maintenance costs directly contributable to better ROI
