Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Every release we looking for enhanced feature in SAP S/4HANA Cloud which keep not only SAP S/4HANA Cloud latest and greatest in terms of Business Process coverage but also helps enable offering to the client that client is looking forward for quite some time. With Joule coming in it will enable the business to run at faster pace and provide a value addd

Pros

  • Enhancing Business process along with ease of integration
  • Ease of use of application with fiori apps
  • Providing embedded solution such as PPDS and TM which has been recently released

Cons

  • Some of the areas where the integration to FSM and PEO is yet to get more stable has to be quickly fixed
  • There are some issues with CALM integration with TTA which is at the moment has many gaps
  • Best Practices for Industry solution should also be released at pace which is not happening for quite some time , with ease of activating the Industry solution like Chemicals , High Tech , Pharma
  • Include more Industry like Real Assets , Consumer products and process that are commonly been looked out by the client
  • Ease of use in allowing the users to perform day to day work is positive IMPACT
  • Business roles limiting user access is great for Security to enable access
  • Client do look at cost of migration from ERP to SAP S/4HANA Cloud versus the ROI is the negative side
Ease of use ,Fiori are great ,Granting access is easy, SAP S/4HANA Cloud computing is great ,Embedded Analytics is great ,Enabling Best Practices is quite easy using solution Builder, Clean Core is easy to maintain , Roles conflicts are rare , New functionality and offering are great.

Ease of use with process documentation offline and online and fiori apps enabled to execute the process without much struggle and ensure end to end process are depicts the real business scenario and allow customer to confirm if that match with process.
We are looking for the AI features to be available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Cloud edition and run the prompts. Once available plan is to run prompts and see how it helps the process to resolve which is challenging and pain points and was taking lots of time for the users and once accomplished showcase to client.

Scenarios that are not common in the market can be descoped instead new process that are more in demand can be introduced
