Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Spotfire

Spotfire is being used across my organization for business plan and KPIs tracking, wells and reservoir surveillance, asset management, etc.

Pros

  • Spotfire is user friendly. You don’t need programming experience to be able to work with Spotfire
  • Ability to easily generate different types of visuals for your process/equipment.
  • Very easy to drill down to details using Spotfire
  • On Demand feature is very helpful

Cons

  • Easy to swap columns. Data may come in very unstructured
  • Self-taught
Very suitable for visuals, easy to use, intuitive, doesn’t need programming skills, easy to drill down to details, reports can be exported in different formats
