Overall Satisfaction with Veracode
At my company, Veracode is also used for security and threat assessment. It affects many business units that I'm not willing to discuss.
Pros
- Updated security risk assessments.
- Efficient processing of new vulnerabilities.
- Real-time scanning of resources.
Cons
- Expanded support for third-party integration would be excellent!
- I can't comment on this.
In the security field, you must be ready to adapt. We are always in flux between moving from a single-vendor solution to a multi-vendor solution. We prefer to be able to adapt to whatever solution we require.
Very important—knowing if your software solutions are secure and having updated information on security threats is paramount to a company's success..
I'm not at liberty to discuss this aspect of our Veracode usage.
I'm not at liberty to discuss this aspect of our Veracode usage.
As mentioned previously, we're always considering other options. Veracode is what we need right now, and I don't think it would be fair to competitors to compare them to what we need right now. Tomorrow, we might need something else and not require Veracode—that isn't a change in the quality of Veracode but a change in our needs. Veracode is a tool: a carpenter doesn't compare his hammers to his screwdrivers, and we shouldn't compare things similarly.
Do you think Veracode delivers good value for the price?
