Overall Satisfaction with Citrix Virtual Apps
In our organization, we use XenApp 6.5 and XenApp 7.5 to give access to our internal users and vendors to use applications. It [provides] secure access.
We are saving [by] not implementing a firewall ACL and giving Citrix XenApp access (integrated with several domains).

Pros
- Simple access to applications, secure access using icons to use the applications.
- Access to integrated applications with active directory security.
- Only the Citrix Receiver component is required to access Xenapp
Cons
- Control and monitoring secure access to our vendors and users. Security is very important to us.
- We don´t have ROI, it is only security access to our networks, DMZ and applications
Citrix has come a long way in this type of service, compared to its competitors. We also select Citrix because we have the complete suite from this manufacturer (Netscaler, XenServer).
