Criteria:

The TrustRadius Top Rated Awards consist of three key criteria:

• Recency– products must have 10+ new or updated reviews in the past 12 months
• Relevancy– products must receive at least 1.5% of the traffic volume in that category
• Rating– products must have at least four stars with a trScore of 7.5 or higher

Review Threshold: 01/01/2022 – 06/30/2022

Deadline: 06/30/ 2022

Public Announcement: 08/03/2022

Summer 2022 Best of Awards showcase Key Insight statistics for Best Feature Set, Best Value for Price, and Best Relationship, giving products the opportunity to win three awards in one swoop!

Criteria:

• Source 10 reviews between January 1 and June 30, 2022
• Products will be selected based on Key Insight statistics: Best Value, Best Feature Set, and Best Relationship per category
• Best Relationship looks at Key Insight data for Would Buy Again, Implementation Expectations, and Sales and Marketing Promises
• To be considered for the Best Value for Price, products will need to have their pricing listed and active
• The product must be updated and accessed through our vendor portal before June 30, 2022
• As needed, additional vetting via textual review analysis will be performed by the TrustRadius research team and a product’s newest review volume is heavily weighted.

Our third annual Tech Cares Award recognizes companies and organizations that are influencing the B2B tech space with their social responsibility standards.

TrustRadius is expanding the recognition this year to include companies that demonstrate exceptional corporate social responsibility, with a focus on:

• Volunteerism
• Robust diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
• Charitable donations and fundraising
• Workplace culture, including model support for in-office and remote employees
• Demonstrable support for environmental sustainability

TrustRadius wants to recognize you! 

Nomination criteria:

• To be considered, companies must be in the B2B technology space and be listed on TrustRadius.com
• Vendors must provide a link to TrustRadius via our ratings badge or content
• Needs to have one review in the past year to be considered active on TrustRadius.
• Anyone may nominate an organization—including people who work there
• All nominations must be submitted online by September 3, 2022 to be considered
• Nominations will be vetted by the TrustRadius research team; nominators should provide concrete support for their nomination, including links to examples if possible

Awards to showcase the best software driven by reviews.

Products are ranked based on 40+ reviews collected across all categories they are a part of.

The market break-out lists (small-business, mid-market, and enterprise) follow the best software list methodology, but only consider reviews submitted by users working in the named segment size.

Criteria:

• 40 + reviews
• trScore of 7.5 or higher

Market segments include:

• small business market list
• mid-market list
• enterprise market list
