TrustRadius Announces 2018 Top Rated Awards for 24 Categories

Congratulations to the first group of 2018 Top Rated winners! This quarter we covered 24 categories, including Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation. The TrustRadius Top Rated awards are unique in that they are an unbiased reflection of customer sentiment, based solely on user satisfaction scores. They are not influenced by analyst opinion, the vendor’s company size, popularity, site traffic, or status as a TrustRadius customer.

Visit the following posts for a full list of 2018 Top Rated vendors in each category:

Products included in these 2018 Top Rated lists must have been in the top tier of their category TrustMap on Jan. 26, 2018. To qualify for their TrustMap, products must have a minimum number of reviews and ratings on TrustRadius based on the category landscape. Every reviewer is verified and every review is vetted before publication. Products are plotted on the map based on end-user data, including users’ likelihood to recommend scores as well as buyer research patterns.
