Filio

Filio is an AI-powered field documentation and reporting platform for construction, contractors, and engineering teams. It helps organizations capture a complete jobsite record and turn it into searchable, defensible documentation. Teams use Filio as a construction photo app, construction site photo documentation software, a job site photo tracking tool, and cloud based photo management for contractors.

Filio supports two connected workflows: a mobile Field Data Collector app for field capture and a Web Console for organizing, searching, and reporting. In the field, teams capture photos, videos, 360 media, scanned documents, annotations, and measured visuals. Captures can be placed directly on plan sheets/blueprints or on maps, keeping each record tied to drawing and location context.

For defensibility, each capture can preserve key proof details such as GPS coordinates, date and time, bearing, elevation, weather, and captured-by (as available). Filio then makes documentation easier to retrieve at scale with AI captions, AI labels, and AI-powered photo tagging, plus tags and custom fields to standardize terminology across projects.

In the Web Console, teams organize work by company and projects, invite internal and external stakeholders, apply fine-grained permissions, and review media in library, map, plan sheet, and timeline views. Reporting is template-driven: select evidence and generate consistent PDF and Word photo reports for progress tracking, inspections, QA/QC, closeouts, insurance evidence packages, and post-disaster documentation.
