Filio is an AI-powered construction photo documentation and field reporting platform for construction, engineering, inspection, and field teams.

Filio connects site capture with office review through its Data Collector mobile app and Web Console. Its focus is keeping field observations, project media and reports together, with drawing and location context that helps teams find and interpret their records.

Teams capture photos, videos, 360 media, documents and voice notes on project maps, plan sheets and blueprints. Available GPS, time, direction and captured-by metadata accompany the record; editable AI captions, labels, multilingual voice-to-text, tags and custom fields add searchable context. Supported offline capture synchronizes when connectivity returns.

Walking uses Smart SLAM and augmented reality to place photos on calibrated plans. Interior Scan creates indoor 2D floor plans and 3D room representations on compatible devices. Photogrammetry reconstructs 3D models from suitable photos. Before & After pairs earlier and later photographs for visual condition and progress comparison.

Authorized field, office and external participants can review project evidence and create customizable PDF or Word reports. Common workflows include construction progress documentation, QA/QC, inspections, closeouts, roof surveys, insurance evidence, environmental fieldwork and geotechnical documentation.
