Recright is a cloud-based hiring platform that helps recruiters to manage the hiring process that includes job posting, filing and screening applications and conducting video interviews. Recright is suitable for companies of all size. It allows recruiters and hiring managers to screen candidates using pre-recorded video questions and responses.

Hiring managers and recruiters begin by recording video questions and sending them to candidates via email. From there, candidates record their own video responses and send them back to the company. Applicants can then be scored and ranked by recruiters to schedule interviews for the selected applicants.
