Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It allows us to stay organized and we use it for scheduling and production purposes. We use it for task management and also for recording production times and setup times for production setups. This allows us to know how long a job takes and also how long the setup for a job takes, this is very valuable information for us.

Can improve on its formulas and how we can use those to sort and filter data in different views, has some limitations on those.
Allow for filtering of certain dates in different view filters and then also organized and sort the dates in only that view without changing the views other boards.
To have more automation.

Its simple enough for the guys on the floor to use, Can figure it out quite easily and change small details themselves, if they want to edit and change their own work views.

Customer service is great, sometimes its down for a few hours when their doing maintenance but no major down times. Team is always willing to help.

Reliability & Availability

monday.com is very reliable and has never really been down for an extended period of time in my experience. If it ever is down they get it up almost instantaneously. Very good in my opinion.

They can create boards to track rejects, production requirements and workflow charts. The users and manager of monday.com can customize it to what ever they need it to looks like with a variety of boards and views available to create something just how you like it.
