Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are currently using SAP SuccessFactors's EC and ECP, we wanted to link our employee data across our EMEA regional employees. We went live in November 2023 and are live in the UK and Poland currently.
  • Keeps the majority of employee information all on the one screen.
  • Encourages self service.
  • Reduces some of the admin heavy tasks.
  • Links in with Finance systems.
  • Payroll module usability, feels slightly dated when digging into how things were calculated.
  • No additional pay run available in the UK, major issue for us
  • Quicker navigation on the employee screen
  • Employee experience
  • App provides managers and employees with flexibility
  • Regional cohesion and data analysis
SAP SuccessFactors's implementation was okay. I strongly feel we were provided a bit of an out-of-the-box implementation and were not willing to investigate what we wanted. Some processes have stayed the same, and some have gone backwards.
SAP SuccessFactors stacks up well against iTrent, but it is only the beginning for us.
