Likelihood to Recommend If you want to create a more targeted ad approach to your marketing strategy, you need 6sense to do it well. If your team is not willing to look at things from an account based approach and are stuck in the old school way of thinking about MQLs, then this may be a tough sell to sales.
Read full review Outbound Demand Generation: Self Sourcing leads for prospecting can be a challenge for any outbound team. It was even for us, and when we were doing it manually through LinkedIn and finding emails through email hunter extension. The task was cumbersome and time-taking, and painful. Having something like LeadIQ was magical for the Outbound team when it came to self-sourcing our own contacts and accounts, from our TAM. TAT for Prospecting decreases: Since sourcing of leads and accounts becomes much more efficient. Reps spend more time on the ground and phone and less time on the CRM. This was again a challenge for us in the past, but we have capitalized on LeadIQ and made our "spending time on the ground" metric much better. Customer success: Everyone who uses the platform internally is in a customer-facing role and there is a massive amount of self-service and regularly-scheduled live training available. Orchestration: We are able to orchestrate account and content acquisition with ease to add qualified accounts to our CRM and kick-start contact acquisition for sales. Advertising: The advertising capabilities continue to grow. You can retarget individuals as well as run several different types of banner ad campaigns. Love that you can capture as a contact instead of a lead and that it will attach to an existing account in Salesforce based on a fuzzy match with Company Name. Love that you can capture data from a lead search list in Sales Navigator, not just from the person's profile page. So you can capture multiple people at a time. I really like that I can see all the related objects that a given contact might have in SFDC. Lead and/or contact records (even with a company mismatch if it's an old record), accounts, and opportunities. Geographic areas - would love to be able to provide one zip code for a segment and ask for a radius of 20,50, etc miles around it, or even just ask for the geographic area relative to a specific city (DC Metro area, as an example) RevCity/User Community - it's good and a nice start but the system doesn't provide reminders regularly to go check it out. It can create duplicates in salesforce sometimes which is a headache for some departments who require salesforce to be our pure data source. Sometimes the numbers aren't correct for the right individual - it gets numbers from wrong people with the same name - this has only happened a couple of times, very rare. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We have several resources and, although 6sense is valuable, I do not believe it's being used widely enough by the sales team due to lack of training and its complexity. I wish there was a simplified guide for use and more 1-on-1 training.
Read full review We have been very happy with LeadIQ for the past several years. They have quality data at a fair price and that is the most important thing for us. Their product continues to grow and expand and they are great to work with from a customer experience point of view.
Read full review Usability The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

Read full review Support Rating Their Customer Success model is delivered as advertised. We're very satisfied with the availability of support. They care as much about our success as we do. We also had an issue where we believed there was an issue in a piece of functionality. They continued to dig until they found the problem and immediately put the fix into a patch.
Read full review I have yet to contact LeadIQ regarding support for the tool. Usability is pretty straight forward, and I was trained well to use the tool properly. I am giving the rating of a five since I can not say I have had contact with the support team.

Triblio ABM/ABX Platform offers, but it is a marketing tool. It doesn't offer the same prospecting benefits.

Read full review So far not a happy customer. We have had a few positive results but for the most part, all phone numbers are relatively inaccurate or they are personal numbers scraped from LinkedIn. When calling a personal number, people are surprised and find it intrusive. We would not recommend this service until it invests more into correct corporate switchboard numbers at the bare minimum.
