Likelihood to Recommend Adroll is perfect for companies and situations in which you are trying to retarget customers with specific products. Their platform is perfect for dynamic content on their web and social ads. Also, if you are running multiple campaigns at once then the Adroll platform is perfect when organizing many different campaigns at once. If you are just running one or two social campaigns I feel it is easier to go directly to the source and you can probably leave Adroll out of the mix
Read full review StackAdapt is well-suited in situations where you need to drive awareness to a niche audience that cannot be easily targeted on the GDN. For our agency it is useful for our Canadian clients only, as HST is added to the advertising costs. We cannot pass this on to our international clients and therefore do not use the platform for any clients outside of Canada.
Read full review Pros A customer service rep can help us out with any campaign questions, any time during the work week. The platform has a very transparent platform that provides great detail about analytics of the ads. The platform shows what digital advertising mediums are working the best for your website, not just the ads that you run through them. Read full review Communication: Their reps are incredibly transparent, thorough and detailed. I really, really appreciate that. Creativity: Not only are the reps communicative, they actually bring new, fresh ideas to the table. As busy as we are, I can't thank them enough for that. Easy-to-use: As detailed as the dashboard is, it's actually pretty easy to use and bring new users up-to-speed on. Read full review Cons Improved level of support during the technical setup process would really improve the onboarding process Consistent, proactive account management is key with organizations like AdRoll. A dedicated rep goes such a long way. More granular reporting would help with back-end optimization and client recommendations Read full review There is no way to QA your own ads. They QA for you and based on the level of their customer support, you can trust their QA, but the lack of self-assessment can cause problems for your company/agency. To know where your ads were actually deployed, when, and for how long would be amazing. They certainly know because they can track all sorts of analytics. Budgeting. Google and Facebook especially are our favorites, as we can do much more with them than we can with AdRoll, hence the 7 out of 10 rating.

Read full review Support Rating We don't use AdRoll support much, but when we have it's been fine, in line with other advertising platforms where it takes a few days maximum to resolve an issue that you have with them. In general though, the platform is very self sufficient and we do not have to use their support much, which is a good thing.
Read full review Support has been exceptional. Our dedicated team is always available and ready to answer any questions that may arise. We receive updates from them on a regular basis and they go above and beyond providing assistance when needed. The team is absolutely one of the bright spots in our relationship with StackAdapt
Read full review Implementation Rating Implementation was easy, as all we needed to do was use Google Tag Manager's built in AdRoll tag type and input our client ID and we were up and running. If you're not using Google Tag Manager, I imagine the implementation would be relatively easy as well, as all that's needed is a basic pixel.

Outbrain and
Taboola out of the water. The ability to drive impressions is similar between all three, but we have seen a large improvement in the quality of these impressions from StackAdapt. Clicks, engagement, and sales are all up on StackAdapt when compared to the other platforms we have used in the past.
Read full review Return on Investment Mixed - while the tool provides an invaluable productivity gain the actual ROI it provides is less certain. We found if used in combination with other revenue analytics it was useful to determine the impact it had on revenue from returning visitors. If data is used on its own the impact on revenue is less quantifiable. Read full review Excellent traffic from our ads. Traffic exceeded our forecast. Excellent management of our budget. We did not spend near as much as we budgeted for the response we received through our test. The lead conversion was not expected to be high due to the type of content we deployed, but we received zero conversions, well below anticipated when compared to other ads for the same content.
