CompTIA is well suited for both new and experiences IT professionals to study and gain certifications that will help them in their professional lives. The functionality is great for client service as you can access the platform at any time and study on your own time. It may be less appropriate for someone who prefers live learning.

CompTIA was selected due to the numerous certifications that they offer and the ability for professionals to stack the certificates and gain additional knowledge all on one platform. The other platforms we have used have been very limited in the number and topics of certifications that were offered where CompTIA thrives in this area.
