We used Expensify previously and strongly prefer BILL. Expensify had no fraud protection, it was almost impossible to speak with a customer service rep, and the reconciliation process was tedious and clunky.
We used Expensify first mainly because these other solutions were either brand new or didn't exist at the time. We switched from Expensify to Divvy in late 2021, and could not be happier with them. I'd recommend all small business owners check them out if they need a corporate …
