Likelihood to Recommend Figma is well suited for my needs, here are a few reasons. When you need to quickly mock up the design of a new feature for our enterprise application, Figma allows me to create and test prototypes rapidly. This is crucial for gathering user feedback early and iterating on the design before development begins. Other things Figma is well suited for are maintaining consistent design across our application, and enabling a distributed team to work together simultaneously. Something that Figma doesn't do is advanced code generation, specifically within VisualStudio.
Read full review Well suited to organization starting their journey of design system creation. It provides a ready to go foundation that requires minimum effort to set up and get going. It may be limited if scaling into thousands of design elements and multiple users - we have not tried at scale of more that 10's of users.

Read full review Cons UI editor interface is starting to get complicated compared to early iterations Component system has a steep learning curve and is easy to make mistakes Figjam post it notes and other text and shape features often feel limiting since they can't be smoothly resized as compared to the UI editor Read full review I believe having an agency option would be great so that one could manage and build multiple brands for multiple clients. Read full review Frontify is very easy to use and makes updating information a breeze. Frontify acts a central location to house assets and information for easy sharing. You can plug and play information and even white label the guide if desired
Read full review Usability It's so simple to use! I have no background in UI design but basic designing and I was able to learn this software Figma within 3-5 days. There are tons of tutorials available on Youtube from so many popular YouTubers in the space, you can just go through them and start designing.
Read full review Support Rating I haven't used their support lately but in the past, they had a chat that I used often. They often responded in a few hours and were able to give a satisfactory solution. I would imagine it's less personal now but the community has expanded drastically so there are more resources out there to self serve with a bit of Google magic.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Much more intuitive,
Adobe XD fails to keep up with the newest market changes thus it did not let us stay on top of the technology. The big plus of Figma is that the majority of our clients worked with it, whereas it was not the case with
Adobe XD . You can get similar results working with both, but the process will be different in Figmas favour
Read full review We've invested time building our own hosted interface, and recently begun exploring
Figma for design system management too. The benefit of Frontify is it's easy public access. The downfall is integration with other systems required in the UX, Design, Product Management, and Development processes - something
Figma supports well.
Read full review Return on Investment Negative -- the Figma mirror app is quite poorly connected with Figma itself, hence when we were conducting user testing, we got some incorrect data. Positive -- time spent for discussion because we have something visual to base on discussion on Negative -- it's difficult to find files and comments, which is a lost of time Read full review Solid cost benefit - the cost is not prohibitive for the value it brings Overall value depends on internal federation of usage Read full review ScreenShots
