Overall Satisfaction with Frontify
Our marketing department needed a way to easily disseminate social media brand guidelines to our remote agents and Frontify allowed for that. With our agents being out of the office, we needed a way to be able to give them the tools to properly supply media for posting but also to be able to update it as the mediums change their own guidelines.

I'm not sure of other software that is too similar Frontify. We chose Frontify because of prior usage at other organizations. Frontify is easy to use and allows for the central management of brand assets and guidelines.
Using Frontify
1 - They are the Digital Marketing Manager in charge of ensuring our brand identity is not misused or comprised in any fashion. They are in charge of updating the brand guidelines and then sharing the information to the rest of the staff.
1 - Frontify doesn't need anyone with real skills, the only skill necessary is patience and an understanding of how to develop a guide that is understandable.
