HubSpot's Marketing Hub is an all-in-one inbound marketing engine that includes tools for email marketing, landing page creation, social media marketing, content management, reporting & analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and more.
I am long time user of SAP CRM, which is a heavy duty CRM but with a long implementation timeline. When selecting CRMs, we compared SAP CRM, Zoho and Salesforce (would never do a demo) and it was just hard to beat the simplicity and cost of HubSpot. Basically, I can turn it on …
HubSpot Sales Hub has definitely improved and changed our sales activity. you can automate sequences, track lead lifecycle and create deals, this helps to structure sales pipeline, track deals. this way we don't lose any information anymore, it helps us to follow up our …
Actually, for us, all products were treated like one. We had to get familiar with HubSpot, and then this allowed us to walk through the different hubs and know what was going on. It was great because it allowed the team to work closely.
The ability to incorporate custom fields and objects gives great versatility to Hubspot CRM, however the lack of ability to incorporate a lot of that custom data into reporting and dashboards means that outside of list management, there isn't much upside to relying on custom …
HubSpot CRM automates more sales activities than any other CRM I've experienced. Admin is a breeze, especially compared to some. And, of course, the price point is compelling.
HubSpot beat them 10-0. We used it before we knew about Hubspot. I dont mean to trash Capsule but it was no use to me. It might help other people out there, but it wasn't adding any value to our organization. I recommend Hubspot even in my dreams.
Salesforce is really expensive and HubSpot CRM is free. Salesforce is complex and HubSpot CRM is easy. Salesforce is clunky and old and HubSpot CRM is fluid and new (and always getting better)
There is no comparison between HubSpot and SharpSpring. HubSpot is a lot more accurate in the tracking of the activity, and easier to use and learn. I often train clients on it, and they all pick it up in no time, and once they start using it they never go back.
Less functionalities yet comparable to the number of usable functionalities (functionalities that ACTUALLY get used on a day to day basis by most companies). Much easier to use and more user-friendly (especially when bringing on an older, more traditional generation).

We didn't know what we were doing. Just created a tracking system through Google Drive and went for it. Hubspot CRM is elite compared to that. Spend the time and migrate over to Hubspot CRM, you won't regret it. It will revolutionize the way you track sales. Had we started with …
Hubspot CRM is much simpler than other CRMs I have used. We use the free version of Hubspot right now because it came with our subscription. I think SFDC is a better overall tool, but it isn't effective if you have bad SFDC administrators. Ultimately the ease of use of the …
Hubspot has quicker onboarding, a larger library of instructional videos and a better support team both online and via chat. The larger library allows for multiple users in your company to learn at once and get the sales and marketing team working on the content and overall …
We were using Capsule before HubSpot and we also evaluated Infusionsoft. HubSpot CRM has the best user interface by far and is also the best value for money...seeing as it's free. Capsule was ugly, and didn't have half of the capabilities that HubSpot has. Infusionsoft was …
The ease of use and the possibility of it being in the cloud. Vtiger is a great CRM but you need to have someone who knows how to implement it and how to program it whenever you need a new feature. The problem with this is that you constantly need to upgrade to the next version …
It was impossible to get my team to consistently use Base CRM. It was a fine tool, but HubSpot's CRM is superior for our business and our team actually uses and enjoys using the CRM now.
HubSpot appeared to be the most user-friendly, with intuitive interfaces and comprehensive training. We also liked the level of support offered by HubSpot when setting up the system, as well as learning how to be good marketers.
HubSpot is all around a more robust platform. It offers a lot more components to the marketing automation process and tracking needs. While many small business teams would benefit from products like Act-On and MailChimp, EMMA (who I also love), and Pardot, HubSpot is the clear …
While Act-On does collect lead information, it does not provide as complete a solution as HubSpot, nor was it as easy to use. The creation of landing and thank you pages was cumbersome and not as easily implemented. We chose HubSpot because it creates an entire solution that …
HubSpot is superior to other marketing automation platforms including Marketo and Pardot. HubSpot is a complete integrated marketing automation platform that provides all aspects of marketing from content management, demand generation, social media, lead nurturing, and …
Based on my analysis and experience, HubSpot is the optimal marketing automation solution for small and mid-sized businesses committed to inbound marketing and content marketing. Companies must have sufficient content to share to drive awareness, site visits and leads and then …
Eloqua is a complex solution, that can support many actions from a marketing department. My experience comparing the two systems, would be that the complexity means that you do less, if you don't have staff that are really strong in using the solution. With HubSpot, you don't …
HubSpot is all encompassing with an amazing user interface. It's as simple as that. Update: We use so many tools that HubSpot has to offer. Before HubSpot, we were using an email provider with a separate service for landing pages. Not cool. Too many things were disconnected by …
HubSpot is leaps and bounds above other marketing technology platforms that I have used. While other platforms have really been email marketing solutions, HubSpot is literally an extension of my sales and marketing team.
I used ONTRAPORT, previously called Office Autopilot, for a couple of years. I loved it. It was very user friendly.
I also used Sendpepper, ONTRAPORT's little brother, for a while as well. I loved it also. It was very user friendly, had a degree of auto email functionality, and …
Sure, you could cobble together free and/or paid tools to do some of the work of HubSpot. But your toolset will most likely still not measure up to the integration afforded by using HubSpot. From one dashboard and reports (both standard and custom), you can get a pulse of your …
I've looked at all the major competitors and those that offered just a few of the features. For us it was about the end-to-end marketing and sales solution. We needed one platform that could do all of our marketing in one place as well as integrate with a sales CRM. The other …
Way way better. All in one place. Google Analytics has a better user story and traffic flow capability so we still rely on it in some situations. It also has better event tracking and stronger analytics especially considering the free price tag. But when it comes to a lead …
We use Pardot for email marketing. HubSpot seems to have much better reporting, opt-in/opt-out options and a cleaner interface.

I don't want to call out any companies specifically but what I will say is that we have seen many clients come to us using several tools to essentially do what HubSpot can do. They save money and time by transitioning to HubSpot.
...and a lot of other smaller apps to help us with our marketing campaign. So the biggest improvement is that you have all the same options in one package. This fact is very very important. This also means that when we found HubSpot we really didn't look into alternatives, but …
HubSpot combines both Hootsuite and WordPress together into a seamless platform for updating website pages, scheduling social media, and posting blogs. It tracks all forms of contact between companies and the contacts, while easily giving more options for communicating between …
