Likelihood to Recommend So there was a deal I was not able to find in all pipelines, basically in all deals view. Then I shifted it to a deals stages-wise view. It helped me understand how many deals I have in follow-up stages to keep following up on time. I will not miss any follow-ups, especially the ones that are very important to take. So that's what I like about HubSpot: they have views.
Read full review Here are some cases where Ontraport is well suited : - When writing emails, you can easily access to preview, manage the changes and go back to what you did before - When using automations, if there's an error, you can go back to a previous version of it. There are also some super tools that allows to see where a clients is on an automation without having to go through the all automation. It is less appropriate when you are several colleague that are addressing an issue on an email/automation as it doesn't allows you to be multiple person on the item.
Read full review Pros Easy-to-use platform, simple navigation, and data entry that creates a good user experience. Integrations with critical software and platforms across all arms of our business. In-depth analytics that provides clear data on staff and organizational performance (i.e., revenue and sales tracking). Logging of communication to easily refer back to previous emails/calls/etc, including call recording, which is also useful for compliance and training. Read full review Dashboards for our daily stats. The email follows up and broadcasts are simple and easy. Sales and marketing can now see the impact they have working together. Nobody can point finger anymore. They have the best customer support. I can't tell you how many times they have walked me through the problems that I created. Amazing email inboxing. Read full review Cons There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense. It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job. Read full review Wish they had more options for their forms. Would really like to use multi-step forms. A lot of times their forms load slowly on the website. Would like to see them speed up their services. Their broadcasting options are legacy. There are better options out there for sending broadcast messages. The region that we work in has some restrictions that don't allow us to make calls or text which leaves us to just Email to the client.
Read full review My client was already using Ontraport and had a decent investment in the tool. As soon as we turn around the revenue situation with my client's products, we will be ditching OAP immediately, despite the significant re-implementation cost we are going to face moving to a new system. I am part of a high-end, professional marketing group, and the overwhelming sentiment with these other professionals is that one should run away from this as fast as humanly possible. I thought their words were just ungrounded opinion, and I deeply regret that I did not heed them more closely before sinking still more time and effort into OAP.
Read full review Usability I think the usability is great. I am able to train a new agent with zero experience in our process with HubSpot in a day or less. They can be proficient in using HubSpot quickly, the way I've designed it to work, in less than a week. I am able to load new leads, set calling campaigns, and start prospecting quickly. I've even had to call customer service for help, and they were super helpful.

I find it is pretty quick to get my work completed and if I don't document my things well, I can always figure out how I did something when I need to make changes. When I have a problem the tech support is easy to deal with and when things need to get escalated they are resolved quickly.

Read full review Support Rating Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.
Read full review The techs are reasonably savvy, highly courteous and want to do right by their customers. Unfortunately, the product they are supporting is so deeply flawed that there's only so much they can do when your legitimate business requirements are simply not supported.

Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate

Read full review Alternatives Considered Salesforce requires a lot of in-depth knowledge both to implement and to manage. I found it to be quite clunky and there was an additional overhead for any marketing functionality, that wasn't up to par. Whilst Zoho had some good features, in practice the CRM was difficult to manage, customer support was non-existent, and like
Salesforce , required 3rd party support agents in order make simple changes. comparison, HubSpot allows the user to make many changes themselves such as adding and mapping properties, and also has excellent customer service. Combined with a well-rounded offer in terms of marketing, analytics and a good CRM, HubSpot stands out as the clear winner.
Read full review Task management was the main thing that separated ONTRAPORT for me. Keeping things accountable. As well, I felt the campaign builder was slicker, and that the contact management was more robust. Custom fields are very customizable.

Read full review Return on Investment HubSpot is great for tracking deals - we use the deal pipeline to understand the part of the lifecycle that each and every deal is currently in.
