Read full review Templatization of different documents Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard. Read full review Cons Once you add someone into a workflow there is no way to remove them. It would be nice to be able to get out of a workflow or remove someone. The "assignment" function could be more clear for those individuals who don't regularly use Ironclad. Perhaps prompting them on how to upload a signed agreement if they are not the owner of the workflow. Read full review Adding text to forms before/after images or Yes/No features can be difficult. Using the check mark boxes next to the text makes it difficult to line up. Can one be entered on the same line as the text as an option so that it is not difficult in the future? Combining templates creates shifts in some formatting, making the document no longer aligned where needed. Read full review Likelihood to Renew The reason I gave it a rating of 7 is because it's probable, but not for sure. This is because there are a few little things we don't love about pandadoc. Mostly that there is not conditional logic such as: they must either fill this field out OR this one. Also it's a little pricey. But we'll probably stay because it's good enough and a pain to switch to something new
Read full review Usability The platform works great, the user interface is simple and clean, and very intuitive to use. Having different sections for completed or in progress workflows is really helpful, but I wish the title given to the different workflows could be easily modified in order to better identify the legal documents and workflows that are being developed with our different partners

The new editor v2 has really improved usability and allows us to collaborate on documents simultaneously. Once the templates and library items are set up, a new document, whether it be a sales or HR document, takes very little time to complete.

Read full review Recently I could not upload a pdf to a contract - support was very responsive and easy to work with. They got back to me the next day with an apparent fix - however when I opened the document nothing had changed. I then could not respond to the rep who was helping me because it was a "no-reply address", the problem still has not been solved and we had to make alternate arrangements to get this to the client. Never had it happen before and was only with this one contract.
