100Plus is a comprehensive remote patient monitoring platform designed to help healthcare providers manage their chronic patients remotely and proactively engage with them. The platform provides medical devices that are fully configured, ready-to-use out of the box, and require no smartphone, app, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. With 100Plus, physicians can enroll and monitor patient health across various areas like blood glucose, blood pressure, weight and other vital signs.
The platform also features automatic alerts which send notifications to care providers regarding at-risk patients. These reports include priority levels such as high, medium or low attached to it for easy prioritization. Physicians receive real-time data in addition to automated health alerts when patient health data goes beyond normal parameters.
