Key Features
Technical Components and Sub Components: BASSnet Maintenance offers a flexible machinery data library for creating a hierarchical structure based on the company's technical account organization. Vessels and offices can utilize the components and sub-components feature to connect relevant data and efficiently manage maintenance.
Maintenance: BASSnet Maintenance enables planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance regimes. The system tracks technical maintenance for the entire fleet, including work practices, out-of-schedule corrective maintenance, and equipment condition monitoring.
Dry-docking and Projects: BASSnet Projects provides comprehensive control over dry-docking and other projects. The module allows for tracking and monitoring of refit, conversion, modification, special survey, and wet dock projects.
Defect Management: BASSnet enables the creation of a centralized library of defects for components or materials reported across a vessel or fleet. Defects can be linked to job orders, purchase orders, requisitions, claims, and documents.
Materials and Inventory: BASSnet Materials provides a global perspective on material management and optimizes fleet-wide inventory. The system allows for the creation of a location structure covering physical storage for vessels and sites.
Hull Inspections: BASSnet's Hull Inspection feature tracks and monitors all aspects of hull inspections conducted on a vessel. Inspectors can record observations made during inspections, including the inspected area, type of inspection, and percentage of deterioration noted.
Warranty Claims: BASSnet enables the tracking and monitoring of warranty claims for components and parts. Draft claim records are automatically generated for job orders classified as claims, saving time.
Inventory App: The BASSnet Inventory mobile app allows for convenient digital viewing and updating of stock details for materials on-the-go. The app provides offline availability and remote access to lists of registered materials, complete with details and locations.
Condition of Class: BASSnet's Condition of Class feature links COC reports created in the BASSnet SAFIR module to components under the BASSnet Maintenance module. Non-conformities, maintenance, and checklists are interconnected, ensuring comprehensive coverage of related reporting tools.
