According to the vendor, BoardSpace offers a customizable tag library that allows organizations to meet their specific needs by easily correcting typos, editing tag names, and adding new tags. The software also enables the pinning of important documents and tags for increased visibility, and provides control over document deletion. The tag library management feature allows users to review and correct typos, as well as find tags with similar names for better organization.

With the agenda editor, organizations can create reusable templates for different types of meetings and quickly generate agendas using a drag-and-drop builder. Agenda items can be assigned to individuals and time can be allocated accordingly.
