CheqrPay also provides custom QR codes for each campaign, which can be integrated into various marketing materials. Donors can simply scan the QR code with their mobile device to make a donation.

CheqrPay operates on a simple transaction-based pricing model, with a small fee charged for each transaction. According to the vendor, there are no set-up fees or monthly charges. Donors have the option to cover the fees, and the vendor claims that they do so 95% of the time. The platform has integrated Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing donors with mobile wallets to make quick and secure payments in as little as 25 seconds.

According to the vendor, CheqrPay offers monthly recurring donations, giving donors the flexibility to make one-time or recurring monthly donations. CheqrPay automatically sends branded email receipts to donors after every successful donation. These receipts include the organization's name, donation details, and tax deduction information. The vendor states that each week, the available balance is automatically deposited into the organization's account. Payout dates for each transaction are included in the data download for easy reconciliation.

The platform provides an organization dashboard for data visualization and campaign management. Users can view, filter, and create reports, and download them to CSV format for further analysis. CheqrPay allows users to export donation and donor data, including name, address, and email, to CSV format.

CheqrPay has partnered with Stripe as its donation payment processor, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. The vendor also offers a unique feature called Donation Direct for direct mail campaigns. According to the vendor, donors can make credit card payments directly from the mail piece by scanning the QR code, simplifying the donor experience and potentially increasing the response rate.
